Hiring Telemarketing Executive For A Client In Dubai (Work From Home)

• Influence prospective clients to consider buying any insurance product and provide excellent service on each lead generation call

• Action revival and recycle leads, obtain prospects’ information and update request status in the internal software system.

• Complete new lead requests by registering prospects’ information in the lead form system & to assign it to the appropriate business units.

• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed on a daily basis.

• Determine eligibility by comparing prospective client information to requirements & access insurance portal to check on the value.

• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending procedures.

• Answer customers’ calls and ensure calling back missed and abandoned calls.

• Support the unit manager in any additional assignment.

Required skills and experience

• 2 years of proven experience in telemarketing representative, sales, customer service or relevant position

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Patient and able to handle customers’ rejection

• Persistent and results-oriented

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

Salary $400 + Incentives

Work Remotely: Yes

Hours: 51.5 hours per week

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:30PM GST Sundays to Thursdays

and 9:00AM to 1:00PM GST Saturdays

Technical requirements:

• Laptop or Desktop (Core i5 or I7) 7th gen till 11th gen, 8gb ram, 500GB HDD above or 240GB SSD) with webcam

• Headset - USB based headset, noise-cancelling

• Required Internet Speed: ping below 5ms, Download speed 10Mbps above, Upload speed 3Mbps above for stand-alone connection and mobile data back-up

• Uninterrupted power supply up to 4 hours back-up

• Environment: quiet background facilitating outgoing and incoming calls
